The handover ceremony was held at our university's Center for Educational Policy Implementation and Research (EPAR). Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Yücel Gelişli and Dean of Gazi Faculty of Education Prof. Dr. Mahmut Selvi attended the handover ceremony held at EPAR.

Prof. Dr. Yücel Gelişli transferred the directorship of the Center to Prof. Dr. Bilal Güneş during the ceremony. Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Yücel Gelişli thanked Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mahmut Çitil for his valuable services and contributions during his tenure as the director of EPAR. Prof. Dr. Yücel Gelişli also presented Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mahmut Çitil with a tree planting certificate issued in his name as part of our university's afforestation efforts.
